- A case in Salesforce is automatically created when an email is sent to a company’s email address.
- The case fields will be auto populated and the content from each email is added to the Case Attachments.
- If Native Attachment is configured, the attachments will be moved to the corresponding Folder in the Business Workspace.
Get seamless information flows and reduce manual work for Assets
New equipment Workspace type in Content Server & Connection to Salesforce Asset. With complon release 21.2:
